Through Cognitiv, she applies that experience to growing service businesses: understanding how work happens, identifying where time and effort are being lost and determining what is actually worth changing.
This experience spans Karishma’s earlier professional roles. It is the foundation of Cognitiv’s approach, rather than a claim that those projects were delivered by Cognitiv.
