Cognitiv Australia Pty Ltd operates this website. For privacy questions, or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, contact karishma@cognitiv.co.nz. We will consider your request and respond, including where information needs to be retained.
Enquiries
The enquiry form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, approximate team size and the message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, assess whether we can help and manage the conversation. Please do not include patient records, client financial information or other sensitive information.
Storage and service providers
Website enquiries are stored in a restricted Google Cloud Firestore database in Melbourne, Australia. The website uses Google Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions. Authorised staff access enquiries through the Firebase console. Microsoft services are used for bookings and business email. Information may be processed outside Australia by these service providers. When Microsoft 365 delivery is connected, enquiry details are sent to our Cognitiv business mailbox, and a short receipt acknowledgement is sent to the email address supplied. The acknowledgement does not repeat the submitted message. Delivery attempts and status are stored with the enquiry so failures can be investigated and retried. Microsoft Bookings sends its booking confirmations separately.
Bookings and external websites
The booking button takes you to Microsoft Bookings. Booking details and availability are handled by Microsoft under its own privacy terms. LinkedIn links take you to LinkedIn. Their information practices are separate from this website.
Security and technical information
Access to the content editor and enquiry inbox is restricted. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the service. The enquiry form uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; expired rate-limit records are removed during later submissions.
Cookies and measurement
The website does not currently load advertising trackers or a third-party analytics service. We count page views and booking-link clicks in daily totals stored with this website, and report the number of saved enquiries. Analytics do not use cookies or store visitor profiles, contact details, full IP addresses, query strings or form messages. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Signed-in editor activity is excluded. Daily activity is retained for up to 90 days, with older totals removed when new activity arrives. A temporary hashed network identifier is used separately to limit abusive analytics requests; expired records are removed during subsequent requests. Booking clicks do not confirm that a meeting was booked. Administrative sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies. Microsoft Bookings and LinkedIn may use their own cookies when you visit them.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for follow-up and relevant business record-keeping. We review what is still needed and can remove records from the website inbox. Contact us if you want to discuss the information we hold about you.
