Before we
start talking.
Do I need to know what I want to automate?
No. Start with the work that takes too much time, creates repeated administration or frustrates your team. We investigate how it happens, what your existing systems can do and whether process changes, integration, automation or AI could help.
Will we need to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We first investigate the capability of the tools you already own and the processes around them. Sometimes configuration or better connections are enough. Where a new tool is warranted, we explain the reasons and trade-offs.
What happens after the first conversation?
If there is a good fit, we agree the scope and price of the next step. This may be a paid operational review to map the work, assess opportunities and build a business case. Implementation is scoped around the improvements you decide to pursue.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. Cognitiv is based in Melbourne and works with service businesses across Australia. We offer on-site work in Melbourne where it adds value, and remote workshops and implementation for interstate businesses. Travel can be considered for larger engagements.
